Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping staff are essential to maintaining Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house facilities

• Changing bed linens, towels, and amenities

• Operating cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals safely

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Reporting maintenance issues and assisting in inventory management

• Supervising junior housekeeping staff (for coordinator and assistant manager roles)

• Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for guests

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred

• Ability to work in shifts and manage physically demanding tasks

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures

• Valid passport and eligibility to work in UAE

For management roles (Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Coordinator):

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping supervision

• Leadership skills and ability to train junior staff

• Relevant hospitality or management qualification is a plus
